GH2747 is a Fe Ni Cr based precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy, used in a solid solution state, with a long-term operating temperature of 1100 ℃ -1250 ℃ and a short-term operating temperature of up to 1300 ℃. The alloy has high strength, good structural stability, and excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance. The alloy has good weldability and can be welded using various processes. The main products include bars, plates, pipes, wires, and forgings.
Purpose:
High temperature alloys have been used in the production of high-temperature oxidation resistant components in combustion chambers and afterburning chambers of aviation and aerospace engines, as well as in the production of heat-resistant components such as various furnace rollers, transmission devices, and thermowells for industrial use. Especially suitable for high-temperature antioxidant device components used in fields such as petrochemicals, nuclear energy, metallurgy, etc. The material cost of GH2747 high-temperature alloy is lower than that of the same type of high-temperature alloy. On the basis of increasing the content of chromium in the alloy, the oxidation resistance of the alloy at 1000 ℃ -1300 ℃ is greatly improved by increasing the content of aluminum and adding trace rare earth elements.
